The NERO project will participate in the 29th Pan-Hellenic Conference on Progress in Computing and Informatics (PCI 2026), organised by the Greek Computer Society and hosted by the University of West Attica in Athens, Greece, from 24 to 26 April 2026. PCI is a leading forum for research, innovation, and knowledge exchange in computing and informatics, bringing together researchers, IT professionals, and industry experts to explore the latest developments in information and communication technologies and foster cross-sector collaboration.

NERO at PCI 2026: Advancing Healthcare Cybersecurity

As part of the conference programme, NERO, together with trustilio, will host a dedicated workshop titled “Bridging the Human and Technical Gap in Healthcare Cybersecurity: A Hands-on Experience” on 24 April 2026. The session will showcase the NERO Marketplace along with key tools developed within the healthcare-focused use case, highlighting practical approaches to strengthening cybersecurity in healthcare environments.

Project partners Trustilio, AINIGMA, and Montimage will participate onsite as presenters, contributing their expertise and insights during the workshop.

This activity is linked to Use Case 1 (UC1): Enhancing Patient Data Security in Healthcare through Cybersecurity Tools, demonstrating real-world applications and impact.
