European Cybersecurity Skills Conference 2024
ENISA is excited to announce the 3rd edition of the annual European Cybersecurity Skills Conference. The event will take place on 26-27 September 2024 in Budapest, Hungary, under the auspices of the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU, bringing together the cybersecurity skills community. It will serve as a platform to exchange experiences, address challenges, and share best practices.
Our distinguished partner, Kitty Kioskli, the NERO project coordinator, will be attending the ENISA Skills Conference and representing the NERO project at the event.
The conference will also present the future direction of the ENISA Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF) and highlight activities from the European Commission and Member States stemming from the Cybersecurity Skills Academy.
Key topics to be discussed include:
- The emerging regulatory framework for cybersecurity and its implications on skills
- Diverse stakeholder experiences in skills development
- the way forward for the ECSF
- Capacity-building activities in the EU and candidate countries
- Multi-stakeholder cooperation on cybersecurity skills
