
Workshop on Cybersecurity in Critical Sectors
On March 11, 2025, the University of West Attica, Greece, will host a workshop dedicated to cybersecurity in critical sectors. Taking place from 11:00 to 17:30 at the Aegaleo Park Campus (Room K16.218), the event will bring together experts and professionals to explore the security challenges faced by essential industries such as healthcare, energy, and transportation.
This workshop explores cybersecurity challenges faced by essential industries such as healthcare, energy, and transportation. It focuses on regulatory frameworks, system vulnerabilities, software security modelling, and sector-specific threats. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, attendees will gain practical insights into protecting vital systems from cyber threats and ensuring resilience in an increasingly digital world.
Participants will engage with experts from academia through four key tutorials and lectures.
