Growing Confidence in Cybersecurity, One Tool at a Time with NERO Marketplace

Following the online NERO Marketplace Demonstration Webinar held on 29 October 2025, SMEs, cybersecurity experts, and solution providers came together to explore how the NERO Marketplace helps businesses find and use the right cybersecurity tools and training in one place. The session provided a practical walkthrough of the platform and how it supports SMEs in better protecting their organisations. Building on this momentum, the NERO project continues its work with a hands-on training webinar on 26 January 2026.
Last autumn’s webinar was followed by a post-event report published on Zenodo titled “NERO Marketplace Demonstration Post-Webinar Report - Cybersecurity Solutions & Training for SMEs,” which shares practical takeaways on how SMEs can use the Marketplace to find, compare, and adopt cybersecurity tools and training. The report highlights how having everything in one place makes it easier for small and medium-sized businesses to access the right tools and learning resources, helping them better protect their systems as cyber risks continue to grow.
Building on that foundation, “Mastering the Tools of the NERO Marketplace” is set to take place online on 26 January 2026 (10:00-11:30 CET). This training-focused webinar will spotlight three flagship solutions hosted on the Marketplace — Seer Box, Sphinx Cyber Range, and M-RADAR — with live demonstrations of how they work, the problems they address, and real-world implementation tips delivered by their developers.
Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with experts during a live Q&A session, bringing practical context to the guidance first shared in the October Marketplace demo and deepening users’ confidence in applying these tools within their own organisations.
While the earlier webinar offered an essential introduction to the Marketplace, showing SMEs where to find solutions and how to navigate the platform, the January session advances the conversation, moving from discovery to hands-on skill building with specific technologies that enhance security visibility, defensive capability, and threat response.
